So I've been gone from UC for a LOOOOOONG while. So much has changed. I remember the last time I played, it just got updated to Minecraft 1.5.2 . Believe it or not lots of things changed. Well at least for me. I'm so confused, I feel like a complete noob, despite playing on it for quite a while. So I just thought maybe I should start over and start learning the money making basics, and learning all the new worlds and things that have been implemented from the time I stopped playing on the server. I thought I should just sell my plots, leave my free plot, and just start over by buying a new one, along side my friends plot. Luckily I was good at the server back then, and had a good amount of money to buy a new plot, for a fresh start. So yeah i'm having fun, and stuff with my friend on the server. But now, since i'm a Miner, i really don't need more than one house. And honestly it kind of annoys me. So I took the time to make this thread as best and clear as I could. But enough about me. So if your interested, post on this thread, or msg me in-game. Thanks!
Summary

- This house is ideal for someone who wants a very beautiful and slick looking house / is a miner, who wants a very nice looking house,
to protect his goodies! / Its even good for a trader. Just add a little "drive thru" in a wall and you got a shop.

Considering how greatly built this house is ( I didn't build it. All credits go to Phil Da Hunter. I haven't changed anything. Just the way he sold me it!)
So the price depends on you. Im aiming around the $1.2 - $1.4 mark.
I could bargain a little, but only around that price.

The house is nice and all, but $1750 is kinda high, and second of all, we don't use tax in minecraft. And you didn't build the house. So it is like you cheating on a test with someone elses paper in this case, there plot/house that they built, and sold.
It was me who built the house and sold it to him. He owns the plot so I don't mind if he sells it. He could destroy it and build a new one, it's completely up to him
Yeah, well now I got a few things cleared up. It was Phil's house. And Seeing as it is, sure ill lower it. And secondly, you dont use tax on the server? like when a farmer pays a miner? I thought I saw this on Shaan's 1.6.2 changes. Does this apply? I edited my first post. I've been a way for a while, so i'm guessing i cant tell prices that good. So ill leave it up to you guys to write the prices.

So yeah, New price is 1.3k. But I read that there was tax on the server? Like when a miner pays a farmer and vice versa?
